4. Create and use the filters that will select for you only desired broadcasts.

Why should I register?

The difference of this service from the multiple similar is the you can accommodate it to your personal needs.
You can arrange the channels in your preferred order and get rid of the channel you do not have or have not interest to them.
And have the advantage of using many other features that at the time are not jet implemented.
For that you need your own account to keep all the settings.

Why should I invite my friends?

Firstly, because this site is cool.
Secondly, you will pay less for the use of it in the future. Now it is free, but to develop and support it the money are required.
The price will depend on the number of active users, but I do not expect it to be high. About one cup of coffee or a glass of beer a month.
Now all is free and in the future the basic functionality will remain free, but advanced functions will be available for money.
But if you've invited enough friends you will use it for free, as every one will reduce your price by 10% of the amount paid.

For the most of the channels represented here we are unable to receive the data directly. Therefore we use the data that is freely available in the internet.
Additionally the broadcaster can change the transmissions suddenly without even informing on the own resource.
Therefore we do not guarantee that the given broadcast will take place at the given time with the given content.

1. General Information on Data Processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide, operate, and secure our service. Processing is carried out in particular for managing user accounts, providing functions requested by users, handling questions and problem reports, and protecting against misuse and automated registrations.

Personal data is not transferred or sold for advertising or sales purposes.

2. Website Access and Server Log Files

Whenever our website is accessed, our server processes technical connection data. This may include, in particular, the IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, HTTP status code, browser type and version, operating system, and referrer URL.

Processing serves the technical operation, security, error analysis, and protection against misuse of the website.

Server log files are deleted no later than six months after creation, unless longer retention is required in an individual case to investigate a security incident or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of our service.

3. Registration and User Account

When registering a user account, we collect the following data:

First and last name
Email address
Password
Time zone

The data specified above is required for registration and use of the user account. Without this data, a user account cannot be created.%p Passwords are not stored in plain text, but only in a secure form required for authentication.

The data is processed to create and manage the user account and to provide the functions requested by you.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as the processing is necessary for the provision of the service requested by you.

4. Einladungen

Registrierte Nutzer können Freunde zu unserem Angebot einladen.

Für eine Einladung werden die vom einladenden Nutzer angegebenen Daten des eingeladenen Empfängers verarbeitet. Dazu gehören die E-Mail-Adresse, die Anrede und die vom einladenden Nutzer verfasste Nachricht.

Die E-Mail-Adresse des eingeladenen Empfängers wird verwendet, um genau eine Einladung zu versenden. Die Einladung weist ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass keine weiteren Einladungsnachrichten versendet werden, und enthält einen Hinweis auf diese Datenschutzerklärung.

Die Einladungsdaten werden gespeichert, solange sie für die Zuordnung zwischen dem einladenden und dem eingeladenen Nutzer erforderlich sind. Auch nach der Registrierung der eingeladenen Person bleiben die Einladungsdaten erhalten. Wird das Benutzerkonto des einladenden Nutzers oder das aus der Einladung entstandene Benutzerkonto gelöscht, werden die zugehörigen Einladungsdaten ebenfalls gelöscht.

Die Verarbeitung dient dazu, registrierten Nutzern die einmalige Einladung einer anderen Person zu ermöglichen.

Rechtsgrundlage für die Verarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Unser berechtigtes Interesse liegt darin, registrierten Nutzern die einmalige Einladung von Freunden zu ermöglichen.

5. Questions and Problem Reports

Users may ask questions and report problems.

For questions, we store only the internal user identifier in addition to the content of the question. The question is visible only to the respective user and the administrator.

Problem reports may be made available to other users for the purpose of improving the service and resolving errors. Account information that identifies the reporting user is not published.

Processing serves to provide and improve the service and to resolve errors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as processing is necessary to provide functions requested by the user, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is, in particular, maintaining and improving a reliable service.

Questions are deleted together with the associated user account. Problem reports may be stored and made publicly available for as long as this is necessary for troubleshooting, documentation, and improvement of the service.

6. Session Cookie

Our website uses one technically necessary session cookie to manage the current session and to authenticate logged-in users.

The session cookie is not used for analytics, advertising, or tracking.

The storage of and access to the session cookie are strictly necessary for providing the service expressly requested by the user. Consent is therefore not required pursuant to § 25(2)(2) TDDDG.

7. Google reCAPTCHA v3

To protect registration against automated and abusive requests, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3. reCAPTCHA evaluates interaction with our website using a risk score.

To run reCAPTCHA, a connection to Google's servers is established. Google may process technical information about the browser and device being used, the IP address, and information about the interaction with the website.

As part of the server-side reCAPTCHA verification, our application does not transmit any data entered into the registration form, such as your first and last name, email address, password, or time zone, to Google. For verification, our application transmits only the response token generated by reCAPTCHA and the secret key required for verification. Our application does not transmit the user's IP address as part of the reCAPTCHA verification request.

Processing serves exclusively to protect our service against automated registrations and misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is protecting the availability and security of the service.

8. Email Delivery

We use an SMTP server operated by us for sending emails.

Data required for the respective email delivery is processed exclusively for the transmission and delivery of the email.

9. Hosting and Database

The website and database are operated on a server administered by us. The technical infrastructure is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH.

To the extent that Hetzner Online GmbH processes personal data on our behalf, such processing is carried out on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

10. Deletion of Personal Data

Users can delete their user account. When the account is deleted, the personal data associated with the account and the associated invitations are deleted, unless statutory retention obligations or other legal grounds require further storage.

Data required by law or for technical reasons, in particular certain entries in server log files, may be retained for the period required for the relevant purpose.

11. Rights of Data Subjects

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have, in particular, the following rights:

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy if the data processing carried out by us or the applicable legal framework changes. The current version is available on this website.
